Originally from Poland, I moved to Ireland in 2015. Even as a young girl, I felt a connection to Irish culture, immersing myself in traditional music, Irish dancing, and during my studies working in an Irish pub. My dream came true and today I live in Ireland and explore it with my husband and our sons.
Art has been my lifelong passion. I work primarily with acrylics and oils, and for drawing, I enjoy using pencils and pastels. I'm also interested in photography, particularly the cyanotype process - an old photographic technique known for its rich navy blue tones. This fascination with cyanotype, combined with my love of nature, inspired the name of my studio: Blue Wood.
I hold a bachelor's degree in graphic design and a master's degree in physiotherapy, both from universities in Krakow. These two fields have given me different experiences and a great opportunity to learn something about our body and mind, and also how art, movement, and mindfulness intersect.
Through art classes, I aim to create a welcoming, relaxed space where people of all ages and skill levels can explore, experiment, and enjoy the artistic process. Whether you're picking up a paintbrush for the first time or returning to a forgotten passion, I believe art should be fun, expressive, and accessible to everyone.
Let's create something together!
