1. Enrollment and Payment

  • All bookings are made through booking system provided by: www.wix.com

  • Registration: Enrolment in the class is confirmed upon receipt of the completed registration form and full payment of the course fee.

  • Payment Methods: Payments can be made via credit/debit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Refunds take a few days to process.

  • Cancellation by Participant: Cancellations made less than 5 days before the start of term/workshop/camp are non-refundable.

  • To cancel your booking, please contact us via email.

  • Cancellation by Organizer: In the event that the class is cancelled by the organizer due to unforeseen circumstances, the class missed will be added onto the term.

  • Limited availability. Please contact Blue Wood Studio for the waitlist if the class is fully booked to be contacted if a space becomes available.

  • All classes have a minimum attendance level (10 places) and may be cancelled if numbers are insufficient.

  • The group can have up to 12 participants.

3. Attendance and Punctuality

  • Attendance: No refunds or extra classes will be provided for missed sessions.

  • Punctuality: Children must arrive on time to class and be collected at class end time. Blue Wood Studio is not responsible for the child outside of these times.

  • All classes, camps and workshops are drop off. Parents drop their children off at the start time and come back to collect them at the finish time.

  • Each pass contains 4 classes conducted once a week. Each session lasts 60 minutes.

4. Health and Safety

  • Allergies and Medical Conditions: Parents/guardians must inform the organizer of any allergies or medical conditions at the time of registration.

  • Additional Needs: Parents/guardians must disclose any additional needs or support requirements their child may have to ensure appropriate accommodations can be made.

  • Behavior: Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards instructor and peers. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the class without a refund.

  • Emergency Procedures: In case of an emergency, the organizer will contact the parent/guardian using the information provided during registration.

5. Materials and Equipment

  • Provided Materials: All necessary materials and equipment for the classes will be provided unless otherwise stated.

  • Personal Belongings: The organizer is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings brought to the class by participants.

6. Photography and Media

  • Photography: Photographs and videos may be taken during classes for promotional purposes. Parents/guardians must notify the organizer if they do not wish their child to be photographed or recorded.

  • Social Media: Photographs and videos may be shared on the organization’s website and social media platforms.

7. Data Protection
Personal Information: All personal information collected during registration will be used
solely for the purposes of administering the class.


8. Consent
By enrolling in the class, adult participant or parent/guardian consent to the above terms
and conditions.
